The analysts exclude any renewals by litigants who acknowledge that they owe, and do not want to record actual quantifiable revenue that will be recognized. The analysts further ignore the $200M share buyback and nowhere adjust the outstanding shares lower resulting in a higher EPS. You wonder why "Wallstreet" doesn't get us, loved the audacity of that question yesterday, well first off because the numbers they pump into their trading computers are fucking wrong!

I could not get the document to print but it is a definite must read, especially, where Nokia says the only issue to licensing was the FRAND rate. The following document was showed up today for viewing and was the Order of the ALJ on May 31, 2012. (Go IDCC. I think Nokia knows they are in a pickle this time). Not if Nokia licenses but when.
