Yup, sounds about right for a $5-10m PIPE with warrants, ... pretty much clearing out the authorized share limit (o.k I exaggerate).
I'm thinking $5m off of 5.8m shares with 2m shares in warrants all with strikes at 0.85 .... you read it hear first, but seeing that they just said they don't think they need it, that means they do and will.
