the 2nd arb was close to 5 million so it had to be a big player (if it's for tablets)

1) pretty confident that it's about the IFX tech solutions

2) since 1 doesn't cover apple anymore (you would think) since they use qcom chips... i am thinking that this may be with apple over ipad

3) no idea --> did magilla say spreadtrum is possibility? not sure since that seems to be torn up ... but as you can see from LG, arb can be initiated after contract is done.
