Hi dig,

To some extent, I think "integration" equals leveraging the learning they achieve from new environments to create better products.

But at some point you hope that the acceleration of their success demonstrates that what they are already offering is ready for prime time.

I am so sick of pilots I vomit any time I am near an airport.

agreed, and for the most part, over the last couple of years, they have been able to keep the doors open with these struggle/integration events.

I don't know (obviously) whether there is real integration issues or whether that in order to get people through the door Wave has to make statements that must be later proven for it to all happen. (should I have said 'be proven later' for that whole split infinitive thingy?, or in lacking "to" do I get a free lunch i.e. "to prove later" as opposed to "to later prove")

Virus software people just sell the stuff. I am not aware that they ever have to prove anything. Centrally managed SEDs with key esrow seems to fall in the land of ... "it sounds good, prove it" and Wave is actually willing to enter agreements like this where the customer can bug out at the last second ... and so far they don't, but it is certainly trying both in terms of patience and adoption rate.

At some point the reference accomplishments would presumably relieve this ... or, it is as you imply, and that integration really is difficult.
