...my guess is that if it is declared unconstitutional and obamba gets re-elected, he is going to ignore the courts and go ahead with it anyway. Obamba doesn't like the constitution when it interferes with his plans.

Yup. I know. And soon we're going to hear a chorus of "I told you so's" from the liberals as the government tries (and fails) to un-do all the Healthcare damage the Obummer administration has already done.

A *lot* of effort has already been put into implementing Obummercare. It isn't just going to snap back into place when the Supremes issue their ruling. Insurance costs will probably LEAP.
