JMO....the company has asked the major manufactures of the baseband chips (and infrastructure) to provide information on how their products work....which can be evidence to infringement of the terminal device practicing the air interface.
If the company was trying to prove infringement of the chip or base stations....we would have a whole other set of respondents
maybe postyle was inferring that some of QCOM's finished terminal products within QGOV and QES groups....or maybe even TAGG the Dog tracker...
Really? I thought their 3G and 4G chips did. Isn't that part of the approach IDCC is taking in the new ITC action? Prove the chip infringes and then hit the device manufacturer.
Do I have that wrong?
