The arbitration is about the protocol stack developed with Commeon contained in the chips. It has nothing to do with the terminal units that Intel plans to manufacture to be placed in commerce in the wireless sector..
Because it currently is in arbitration and the decision is expected in the next few months. The arbitration hasn't ceased. No announcement was made of such. This deal was made outside of the licensing group.
