btw, i too would like clarification... don't get me wrong.
but in the meantime, i'm liking what happened today. needed some good news badly.

if there is an arb hearing still, we should know the results at the end of july ( i think i read they are supposed to have at most 30 days after the hearing to deliver results)

we use this cash to get the share count down and it will make the licensing deals that much more valuable as it drives recurring eps much higher.

i'd like to see them increase the dividend by 50 percent in the meantime.
