... and we'll find out whether they are done selling or more to come. Looks like the minors Acers were smart to get a deal beforehand.

The other beauty is that by selling the patents they are doing what they said had difficulty with ... indirectly forming a consortium ... ie selling what different company's wanted during the SA but these same company's were unable to come together to build a consortium to buy all of IDCC.

the beauty/ironic thing is... say these weren't making any money for IDCC (say infrastructure patents) and now the big dog just woke up with a bone in it's mouth... and looking for meat...

these companies have to deal with an exponentially larger entity with expose flesh... shoulda just licensed with the flea and gained access to those babies before the splintering.
