on #2, on don't have a problem sellling lte patents as long as we retain the "core" ones that can/will drive licensing.

this is that splintering process that WM talked about and hopefully more parties come to the table before additional wood cracking happens.

Two items hit me as I read the PR.

1. Why would we sell to intel without requiring a resolution to the ongoing arbitration with IFX? Stay tuned, another announcement may be coming which will mean we can report more revenue.

2. Why would we sell Lte patents?
