which was granted to IDCC to add Huawei, USA so what Nokia and the others have to say is beyond me. But they will throw poop to see what sticks if anything. I hope IDCC wins on their summary judgment motions of infringement of the 2 patents against Nokia. That being in addition to winning the entire case against all of those charged in this case.
What would be really nice is if the phones identified to infringe are the Lumina series. I think that would make Nokia and MSFT take notice of the need to settle this thing quickly.
