found to have phones that infringe IDCC's patents that are all made by Nokia, then MSFT goes down with the Nokia ship. If I were MSFT I would read the following paragraph from a Yahoo article and tell Nokia to kiss IDCC's arse in Times Square NY if that is what it takes to settle and keep MSFT business out of Nokia's mess.
