We know Wave abandoned its E2 efforts around the time that ARM launched TZ.

If I remember correctly, awk speculated that TZ was likely derivative of some of the work done on E2.

If awk is correct, I wonder if the information transfer was performed as a license job.

I think E2 gave preferential treatment to Wave's infrastructure. I presume this is not part of TZ, but Wave will likely have the advantage of having built an infrastructure which already conforms with TZ.

Also if awk's speculation is correct, is there a possibility that Wave will offer the same opportunity to Intel?

Or is it now unlikely as a result of Intel's apparent ambitions in this space. Why make life easy for McAfee?
