Yea, there is some re-trenching going on there, and lets face it, you can be rather naughty. I believe it goes like this:
freqBan(X) = [365-DaysSinceLastSKSemail)/365)]*[-((SMA10-SMA50)/SMA10)]
as one can easily see,
1) recency of an SKS email dramatically increases freqBan. As 'I haven't heard from you' increases, that component proceeds towards zero dramatically reducing freqBan. As comminications are always at least yearly, this component gives a decimal factor between 0 and 1.
2) recent SP trends modulate as follows, if SMA10 is over SMA50, freqBan goes negative (confidence is high, subBan content reveled in) and when SMA10 falls below SMA50, trenches are dug.
