sounds like fun times.
the thing that is missing is the idea that sometimes you don't have the right skillset for the next phase in the business.
i think ss has done what i hoped he would do. he has built the architecture of trust. it took longer than i hoped but he has done it.
tremendous achievement.
but i don't see him as the man for the next stage of wave's development.
i'd be looking for a person who can communicate an idea in a way that is easily accessible. and who is more disciplined than architecturally creative. i'd also want to have someone up top who can be replaced as it's a bit ridiculous otherwise.
