There's the lure.
I think it is fair to say that it has been used for much of the last decade, and probably longer. Indeed, it is the hook which has been stuck in the lips of Wave's investors all of that time.
Some will say, the purpose of the lure is to amuse the fisherman. Others that the vision is real and the key variable is time. Others start to keep an eye on their clocks. Others think they have watched their clocks long enough.
At any rate, I am watching the other fisherman. The one who has always provided a commentary with a cash timeline attached to it.This year, it looked like the need for more cash ran out in the second half.
