Hey guys just saw the news. I know we still have NOK, Huwaei, and ZTE at the ITC but I still have no idea how LG can arbitrate an expired license. One thing I remember RS saying in his analyst report he was that he thought LG would renew but at a lower rate than the 5 year 285 million they signed back in 2006 due to their lower markershare. IF LG wants to pay IDCC 285 Million for 5 years again i'm all for it. Still frustrating that the judge bought the arbitration argument.
Also I really wanted to attend the ASM this year but can't. Hope to hear some reports back on the meeting. I'm not one for voting out BM yet but I do think they need to understand they have been talking for almost 2 years now without any significant licenesees to date, I think Pantech was the last signficant one. The market is basically saying they don't think they can resign RIMM or SAM as well. Hoping for a good 2nd half of 2012 because we need it.
