This arbitration claim is not about anything but stall stall stall. The industry is basically going to slow down innovation as this treatment of Interdigital is about collusion and theft. If you were a company that was thinking of bringing great inventions to the cellular space without being a handset vendor, do you think they would get funding? Hell no. This behavior is only bad for consumers and the pace of innovation. I dont care what the "industry experts" think as this industry is as slimy as it gets.
