do you not remember the whole batts fiasco...and how long that took to straighten out...the commission reversed the alj a few times in the nokia /sam itc!...this way the commission gets to rule and make a decision....and who says arbitration is a bad thing...lg is basically admitting their guilt..unless they think they somehow have a paid up 2g/3g license.and unlike nok has no nebulous development agreement to hide behind...and at worst...what could they claim...they need to pay us 58 million for last year and 58 million for this year..plus interest...the main thing is ..idc has NOK and a few other cats ..square in the target Naughty Naughty Naughty

Does this make sense to anyone Naughty

At least the late Judge Luckern was able to see through this when Nokia tried the same thing.

The determination is based on the potential arbitrability of a claim by LG that LG is licensed under its expired patent license agreement between InterDigital and LG. The decision, limited to LG, does not affect other respondents in the ITC investigation and is not a ruling in favor of LG on the merits of LG’s allegation of an existing license.
