Data, was Nokia really going ot hold back on their IPR fees.

Or were they going to later transfer the patents to a troll company and demand payment. Anyway I don't trust Nokia as far as I can throw them. So I am glad the standards folks went with the Apple solution.

Another thing I am tired of these companies crowing about consumer cost if they have to pay when they won't cut their profit margins. But they don't want to pay for IPR because it impacts the product price. To which I say, raise the price or cut your margin.

I don't like Nokia very much. And as an ex share holder of that company I am glad I got out.
