We should all be concentrating on getting answers at the ASM. We absolutely need to be confident that the Lte licenses will be uniform across the board in order to protect our investment in this company. If the company has not learned that hybrid licensing giving advantages to one company over the rest in the sector does not work, then it is time to shelve the dream and move on with the rest of our lives. It was perfectly reasonable for all of us to believe that IDCC understood the reasoning behind the Qcom licensing model and would conduct their licensing accordingly. We now know that this did not happen in 2g and 3g and we just have to deal with it the best we can. However, the time has come that Lte and 4g licensing must be more consistent and structured in order to pass the FRAND tests. I hope that some of you attending the ASM will seriously attempt to ascertain the licensing plan for Lte and 4g and let us know you impressions on these very serious issues. We are all in this boat together and bickering about our mutual dissatisfaction is a waste of energy. The company owes us answers after all these years of our trust based on representations made in various presentations and SEC filings. Let us put aside our pompoms and rotten tomatoes and jointly seek knowledge upon which we can make our decisions going forward in this investment.
