what makes you think nok had any intention of ever signing any pla unless it was forced to do so by the courts or legal enforcement.

do you even know of the ramfications of signing nok for practically free? and then you sit there and criticize management for signing apple for the current contract, which by the way, was projected to sell about 10 million units in 2008.. when nok was king along with rimm.
at 8 million per year plus tech revs, that equates to about $1 per unit , yes? you can't have it both ways without the crystal now, can you?
