hmmmm....
they certainly understand the struggles they face....part of which is that the "best in class" team.... has caused significant negative ramifications to the acceptance of new technology initiatives....
....glad I "make the effort" to see them when I can and provide some feedback to the boards....but I don't think I'll get much out of attending the ASM this year...
i assume they were pissing off the "rest of the industry " as usual...with their ability to see into the future ...i quote..."what sense does it make to offload our "paying" customers onto a "free" highway!!!
