Hi dig,

The dilution in May looked minimal. I think that tells you the cash flow is adequate. And I am expecting something very big during the next month or so due to the implications inherent in the cash requirements in the y/e financial statements. The major contracts pay upfront. This is a cash flow game.

If they have to dilute 1m (or even 5m) shares in June to get through to July/August, so be it. But I no longer fear a massive dilution at 40 cents as I did. It would have occurred in May if it was going to happen, in my view.

So Wave sits at $1 or so, which is a very low price, and is awaiting its next major opportunity with the DoD which I expect to be in the $10-20m area initially. And I think that contract will change the way Wave is viewed. The DoD Tech forum looks like an introduction by the brass of the solution they are adopting.

That's where I am at.

If I just start plugging in numbers I need Q2 revs to grow +20% from Q1 to make apparent current ATM usage ($1m/mo) barely adequate. All else (SBcomp, DA, dAR, dAP, SGA, RS) held flat. That still ends eoJune treasury empty. More like +35% (rev about $9m) to get to 7 digits left in treasury. That's a lot of new billings.
