Hi dig,

I am going to coin a phrase.

June is ours!

2012 edition.

Not sure when in June, but this is the month in which the Wave risk-reward is going to reverse, in my view. Can you imagine a better company to buy into at a time of turmoil than one on the verge of a first substantial US military contract?

I think the TechNetLandWarWhatever roster is pregnant. Fiat holograms or fiat power?

I certainly felt in Arp09 that 60 cents looked pretty good as cash-flow was rapidly stabilizing, and with GM coming in heavy, it looked pretty good.

While dodging any sort of ethical discussion on retail-LOC-PIPE, for those of bullish inclination, a reasonably stable price point seems to be in for the moment, and participation in the dilution (owning the dilution) is an option at a price that may prove decent.

I still am hesitant on many levels, I see Russel, and all of June, and don't know if they made May with Feeney's customary 7 digits in the bank or if they burned it to 5 digits, in which case Russel and 5 digits could make for 60 cents before it is all said and done (particularly with latin euro essploding).

I continue to think Feeney is a pretty capable guy. I still look at the various mil dots with some, uh, not awe, but somehow they are there in the mix, and I take comfort in SKS' comments about outfits being commoditized before DoD ever bit hard ... a reflection he at least knows what he is dealing with.

the confluence of the plenary talk at TechNetLandWarWhatever, the Sole thing with DRS, all the bios stuff, drones landing in the wrong country, the CiC being fingered for Stux, the possibility of owning TSS going forwards, and whatever it is Samsung is doing seems encouraging. Enterprise has stalled. Maybe that really is just floods, beats me.

Last Oct/Nov my over under for a Q1'13 mcap of 1bn was close too but not quite 50/50.

There is a lot more ground between this and that now, and ground always involves resistance.

Hmmm.

My calculated doownside floor used to be about 1.8, now its more like 40-60 cents again. That's an awfully long ways from a buck. The SHM is only a couple weeks away, russel should clear that bit up next fri.

I figure i've got a bit to ponder whether I add good money, or better, just add fiat holograms.
