Hi Dig,

The only good news I see, the price of crude.
I bought heating oil on Monday, paid 3.29 a gal, a dollar cheaper than I paid in Feb.
If I waited till today, 3.07!
This early bird needed to wait a little longer ;))

IMO, when oil & gas are lower, its a TAX BREAK for everyone.

Many retail folks got out of the market after the 2000 bubble, me included. The game is rigged, the elephants are in charge.

A major bummer, low interest rates on savings accounts, its pathetic!
Meanwhile banks get to use money for nothing, and they still make risky bets...
Really pisses me off...

but the broader markets have really kinda been getting thumped around a bit.

I guess my overall very defensive posture has made me less aware.

But looking more carefully, the boomers 401ks aren't looking so good.
