no frand to hide behind...and no french etsi crap....sounds like good news to me...now if we can get summary determination on those two patents...something might shake loose
a public copy made available on 10/12/11. Their argument was FRAND declarations and licensing and ETSI crap. Anyway this was finally denied by the ALJ, so there will be no FRAND defence to hide behind.
