Do the folks at Nokia think infringing without payment would benefit IDCC.
I will say a motion for summary judgment of infringement is serious. So serious it could force them to pay. Now they need more time to respond. Well if you can't trust a liar or a thief now, you can't trust them in 2 weeks.
