Dig....same language as Broadcom deal....

Wave Systems Corp. ("Wave") has signed an OEM Software Distribution agreement with Broadcom Corporation ("Broadcom") permitting the distribution of Wave's EMBASSY® Security Center (ESC) and Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP) software technology with Broadcom devices that include a Trusted Platform Module (TPM). Wave will receive a per-unit royalty based on Broadcom's sales of products that are equipped with or include Wave's software technology.

The chip/development from Nov which seems to pretty directly adress Samsung and who it supplies to in the chip/solutiions business.

Today's 8-k simply doesn't make such a reference, it refers to Samsung devices which have TPMs (and they do make such notebooks and laptops etc) and that it will/may bundle ESC and their TSS tech. As awk mentioned, ETS was folded back into ESC a while ago.

I see a number of Samsung Notebooks and Laptops that have TPMs ... i would read that to be todays 8-k

" permitting the distribution of Wave's Embassy Security Center (ESC) and TCG Software Stack (TSS) software technology with Samsung devices that include a Trusted Platform Module (TPM). "

Not the chip/development thing from Nov.
