Unless Microsoft signed a contract and paid a royalty the answer is "no". And I haven't seen an 8K with Microsoft..

Must this be a Wave client software module or might Wave have agreed to port its ERAS-connecting ETS facilities into Windows 8?

Actually, this makes little sense from an MS perspective.

If ESC includes ETS, I guess the royalty per unit would be higher.
