Since when?
'Who' and when and how was Wall Street charged with
managing 'our' markets?

And then, unless ALL of U.S. own stock in the
New York Stock Exchange . . . is is NOT 'our'
markets.

The 'Stock Markets' are more like several chain
supermarkets competing for our shopping dollar.

They do not 'manage' the markets - they just make
it possible for folks to buy and sell the securities
they want to trade.

Wall Street leaders are not supposed to do what comes naturally. They are charged with managing our markets for us. Otherwise, they serve a negative purpose and should be exterminated.
