...IMHO, Obamba is the world's greatest when it comes to pissing away huge sums of money in a short time span for no discernible gain, there are many others who earn an "honorable mention". Lyndon Johnson and Jimmy Carter come to mind. This threesome makes Bill Clinton look "frugal" by comparison.
