Just got home.

It is all but worthless to me also.
In her case, she cannot take codeine because of some allergic reaction to it so she is just about out of options.
We are trying something called Altram which supposedly is about a step above tylenol and can also take tylenol with this to supplement.
We'll see how it goes. The great news is that she is now up and can walk to the bathroom with help and a walker. Hopefully can bring her home tomorrow but that is not for sure either yet.
Will keep you guys posted.
