Hi nxt,
Oh I don't disagree with you. On share price, Wave is overall a disaster for the longs.
Can that change because a broad market finally arrives? Of course.
Is it certain that it will? Of course not. Or at least, I don't know it myself. Maybe someone does but I doubt it.
Will Wave find a way to fund itself over the next few quarters? I think so, and not quite as excruciatingly as I thought a few weeks ago.
My guess is folks broadly agree on the facts (even if the shorts are unlikely publically to concede that Wave has an interesting set of products and longs are unlikely to concede that Wave has some fairly serious defects); but both sets of investment actors assign different probabilities to likely outcomes. Which is perfectly reasonable.
I remember a conversation with HhH maybe a decade ago in which I said I thought Wave had a 10% chance of success but a potential to increase more than 10 times and that makes it a decent investment. So far, I'm not winning! But neither am I out of the game completely.
I don't resent you your winnings or awk his hopes. They are what they are.
