Way to go! Let us know what they come up with, if you can. It would be a fun course exercise to design a 'secure' computer system that say a top-secret team needed for collaboration. See what's involved to even approach secure.

This is the topic I am currently studying. I'm pursuing a CISSP (comparable in difficulty to a CPA) certification, hopefully this year.

And you are right. It's very complex. It's disturbing how vulnerable today's systems are. I've only seen the tip of the iceberg, but I think I could already hack into most systems.

I do *NOT* want the United Nations regulating the internet. It would, effectively, establish a 'Big Brother' with unAmerican values who could monitor and control every aspect of our lives.

We're headed in that direction anyway, but I want the slide to continue moving relatively SLOWLY.
