The stock price is now below the ERICY settlement price from March 2003. No way I could envisioned IDCC being at $25 9 years from that date espcially with the growth of the mobile world. Were basically replaying 2G all over again and now being told about the LTE as the next big game changer. Your right enough is enough. I don't want the ASM to get ugly but I don't want to hear the same song and dance from WM, he was there back in 2003 when the ERICY settlement was made. IDCC is staring down a negative EPS in 7 months if they don't renew SAM or get a major to license.
