The ALJ's are not messing with the FRAND defense. The district courts are, but we are stayed in favor of the ITC. Nok did not use it because it was early. This case is old and getting older at the ITC. The new case against all 4 is heating up. We must have dead nuts language in the standards to be able to file summary determination motions on 2 claims from 2 patents. It all points to good things. If WM has maintained a consistent rate in the early Lte licenses, we may just get there yet. It is long past due for the old longs to be able to gloat. If there is another life, I think I will just accumulate dirt for 27 years rather than chase a story stock. I think I will try songwriting too. I go under the knife again on May 31 and would like to be surgery free for at least a year after that.
