Listen, these local stations just JACKED the price up 35 cents a gallon for NO REASON.

...they had a reason. Just cause you and I don't know what it is don't mean there isn't one. When you have to raise the prices on your product because of the increase in energy prices folks are gonna say you did it for no reason too. They won't consider that the energy price increases hit you twice. Once as a business and once as a consumer. People don't like change that has a negative effect on their lives like price increases. Never heard anyone complaining about gettin a raise or a bonus unless they thought it just wasn't big enough. Never heard of anyone turning one down either. Understanding these things and the general sorry nature of human beings tells us why we are where we are and what we are.

Venting can be good. It allows us to relieve pent up pressure without making the eleven oclock news.

Now, now sire,
you know better than that! lol!!!!!!!!

Listen, these local stations just JACKED the price up 35 cents a gallon for NO REASON except that they could.

Its the same gas that was in the tanks just a few minutes earlier so I don;t want to hear about they only are making a nickel a gallon or some other outrageous claim.

Heck, a couple years ago gas was $2.50 and oil was 100.00 /barrel.

Oil is now under $92 and gas is in the upper three dollar area.

WHY???

My theory is that everyone in the supply chain has raised their prices so when it gets to us at the pumps, we are looking at taking out a home equity loan to fill a car with.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

(just venting)
