for many acknowledgement may be something they do, but feel that voicing the various sides of a dice provides ammunition for those opposed to one's own vested interests. It requires (to me) a certain sense of arrogance, it implies that those who form a different conclusion are comparatively dim, and if one could just keep their own mouth shut, such leverage would never occur to the opposition. Bollocks. The consequence is broken vetting, broken consideration, and failure to change.

Hi CF, "The weird thing is the lack of acknowledgment."
It is indeed weird, even when they finally do acknowledge mistakes, massive screw-ups, they continue their unrelenting support. Could it be an ego thing, even subconscious? The inability to accept they've used bad judgement, made a big mistake. Especially those that have over invested. Unquestionably there is something psychological. There is the Wavoid leadership dynamic and a group dynamic. Then there is also the naive investor (several of those). I only had Psych 101, just enough to be a touch neurotic. Which I occasionally display. Pleasant evening CF.
