No filter, this was simply stopped down to the smallest aperture setting with the fastest shutter speed and lowest ISO setting. I only removed the lens cap when I was shooting an image. Obviously this was shot from a tripod and I used a remote shutter release to eliminate any chance of shake. The only thing I did in PhotoShop was to do an 'Auto Adjust' on the image to optimize the contrast a bit.
