Here's a shot I took at the point of maximum occlusion (06:38 PM PDT).
This was shot using my Sony A100 DSLR with a 400mm lens at f32 x 1/4000sec x ISO 100. This is the full frame which would be equivalent to a 600mm lens on a 35mm SLR:
