It`s definitely easier for us investors to assess now that Merritt is talking much more about it. Not so sure about the competitors. I find it hard to believe that LG can point to a FIXED fee agreement, which they also had, and complain about, "what" in the Apple agreeement, the rate? the volume? as a reason for delay. The volume issue is easily solved by going to a per-unit agreeement.
If LG is arguing to get an actual "realized" rate as a result of perspective comparable to the Apple agreement, that's bullshit. Again, they too had a fixed agreement and know how these can work.
