UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
Third-party Apple Inc., by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby moves unopposed
for an extension of time for Apple to respond to the subpoena duces tecum issued to it on behalf
of ZTE Corporation and ZTE (USA) Inc. (“ZTE”), including the time within which to file any
motion to limit or quash the subpoena, to May 21, 2012. Good cause exists for this extension as
Apple is attempting to adequately understand the scope of the subpoena and working in good
faith with ZTE to respond thereto. ZTE and Apple have met and conferred regarding this
subpoena and the scope of any document production and ZTE has indicated that it does not
oppose Apple’s motion to extend time to respond to the subpoena duces tecum to May 21, 2012.
