Who would want to live there?

Well, that's a very real problem for California, micro ... productive citizens and businesses are leaving California for states that are far more rational ... and that is going to make California's problems even worse. California is going to have to declare bankruptcy and get out from under the ridiculous public employee pension liabilities that are crushing it ... and then they are going to have to reject their ludicrous leftist proclivities on a go-forward basis if they want to have any hope of avoiding another future appearance in bankruptcy court.
