BAP, one indeed should be very careful about not abandoning WU's, it's bad for the science. That is in fact why the harsh penalty is there, so that people just don't go dumping ones they don't happen to like. The penalty, for the record, is incurred when an 80% completion rate is violated to the downside. I don't know if it's a moving average, I've always just assumed it's an overall average.

That having been said, yes, nice action there now that you're out of the penalty.

micro, looks like the SMP work units are finally kicking in cuz I was worried. I would guess there is second a delay in credit, but first the penalty for abandoning too many work units must be a running 10 unit average ... or something to that effect. That means one can compile one hundred work units in a row but no extra leeway in the penalty. It's just the last ten that counts. So no credit for ten of mine. At least that is the theory anyway. It means one should be careful in abandoning work units one doesn't like. What do you think? Time will tell in the next few days. I've a very busy day tomorrow. I see you and the team is setting new records.
