I had an @$$hole last week, I go to pass him and when I got right beside him, he turned his wheel in my direction, right into my lane. He tried running me off the road. If i would have had a gun, he would have lost his front tires, at the least......
Here one can pass on the right, if conditions meet one of three situations. I passed on the right and the guy I passed caught up with me, right on my @$$ and I hit the skidders got off and went back and explained the law to him.
