Gilder doesn't mean anything. Gilder is a paid face. Gilder is nothing. I assumed everybody knew this already. His purpose is to book 100k or so a year for himself to put some telecosm lapel pins onto PIPES he had his name attached too. I believe that to be the facts as they stand. I am not aware of Gilder being involved in anything like the compensation committee and so on. That puts him on the "thank you for the stipend for my name committee"
I do not speak speculatively. There are numbers and facts folks can visit.
This is not what you reward yourself or others for.
This is measurable.
