I am wondering if IDCC pulled the patent value discussions and sale negotiations as an internal IDCC funtion and giving responsibility for it to Scott since NOK is going after Evercore and wasting Evercore's time with fulfilling NOK's ever-changing document subpoenas per Evercore's motion.
its obvious that board prefers to have scott as the lead negotiator...its as plain as the nose on my face...that we are entering a new phase...hopefully the final phase
