its obvious that board prefers to have scott as the lead negotiator...its as plain as the nose on my face...that we are entering a new phase...hopefully the final phase
I believe that the promotion of Scott was a reward for his performace in the patent sale and joint venture negotiations. There will be an announcement soon based on his accomplishments. JMHO
