We all have the possibility to address and be pissed off about the financial performance , or non-performance, that concluded 6 weeks ago or look at the opportunity that is now and going forward.

The past is not a predictor for the future, especially not in the box we are playing in. But to recognize that one has to have an understanding of the space.

I will vote all my shares for the existing BoD, after all the entire team took us to the cliff... of success!

Having said all this, I can assure you that I will personally address the BoD at the ASM and voice my displeasure relative to the actual remuneration and bonus structure for officers and BoD members.

Hi awk,

I think we all see the opportunity to one degree or another.

It's the inability to forecast the timeline and the demand which are the keys to nearly all of the problems.

The same folks who you rely upon for your 3 month timeline are the folks who have horribly screwed up their forecasting for the last year to such an extent that getting 3 months of life for Wave is actually a doubt. The same folks who said $60m a month or so ago and $50m a week or so ago. They seem clueless.

At the same time, they are accepting performance bonuses, increasing family remuneration, and substantially raising board compensation. Snackman recently reported a conversation he had with the CEO which appears to have been highly misleading.

I admire your will and your focus. I can't defend the last year from any perspective except vision.

For me, that is no longer enough to justify supporting the CEO as the person responsible for imagining and executing an operating plan.

Unfortunately, it is probably too late to do much of anything. The edge of the cliff is here. If there are no feathers to be had, our goose is cooked.
